UO Pre-Law Fall 2020 Update!

Happy Fall Term and Week 1! Law school application season is here! Please feel free to schedule an appointment here if you’d like to meet with a pre-law advisor. We can help you to review your application materials, talk to you about the application process, or just serve as a support system as you are navigating the application process.

Tell us about what you need from UO Pre-Law!

Please help us help you! We are currently in progress of planning robust programming for the year and would love your input on the types of workshops, events, speakers and holistic programming that you are looking for in preparation for law school, law school applications and preparation for the LSAT/LSAT-Flex. Whether it is a specific school you’d like to be able to meet with or a type of workshop that you would love to have regularly offered, please give us your input on what types of resources you’d like us to build on to support you.

UO Law School Fair UPDATE:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will unfortunately not be hosting a UO Law School Fair this year. However, there are many online/virtual law fairs happening. Some are being offered by LSAC and other are being offered by other institutions/organizations. As we hear more information about additional events, we will update them on our Events and Opportunities page. We have also attached a helpful list of questions that you can ask law schools at a law school fair.

Events and Opportunities:

For Fall 2020, we are happy to announce that we will be offering three workshops this term for UO students! Be sure to RSVP so we can get your questions ahead of time for our presenters! Check out our Events and Opportunities page RSVP link, dates, and details!

  • Workshop #1: UO Pre-Law Advising and Applying to Law Schools Overview (Week 4)
  • Workshop #2: Optimizing Your Law School Decisions with AccessLex (Week 6)
  • Workshop #3: Oregon Law Schools Panel (Week 7)
