Noah Glusman, JD – Managing Director of Legal Studies |

Noah manages the day-to-day operations of the Legal Studies Program at the University of Oregon School of Law. A 2016 graduate of Oregon Law, he enjoys working with UO students who are interested in pursuing a legal career. He is deeply committed to expanding access to the legal profession for individuals who have been traditionally excluded. Noah’s top advice for prospective law students is to prioritize academic performance, consider taking time off between undergrad and law school, and carefully evaluate the financial implications of attending law school.
Hadley Underwood, MS – Law & Conflict Studies Manager Hadley manages the Master of Laws (LLM), Master of Conflict and Dispute Resolution (CRES), and the Legal Studies minor. A 2023 graduate of the CRES program, she is interested in helping students envision their future in a legal career. She is deeply committed to helping individuals understand non-adversarial processes, through mediation and restorative justice. Hadley’s advice for prospective law students is to know their why when applying for law school and understand the many different legal careers students can explore.
